Scrivra is built with privacy as a core principle. Your data stays on your device.
Scrivra does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All meeting transcriptions, summaries, participants, action items, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage frameworks.
Meeting transcriptions are analysed using Apple's on-device foundation model via the Foundation Models framework. This processing happens entirely on your device. No transcription data is sent to any server, including Apple's servers.
Scrivra reads from your device clipboard when you explicitly choose to import a transcription. Clipboard contents are only accessed at the moment of import and are not stored beyond the imported meeting data.
Scrivra may request permission to send local notifications for meeting processing updates and daily task digests. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device.
Scrivra includes a share extension that allows you to import text from other apps. Shared text is stored locally on your device in the same manner as clipboard imports.
Scrivra does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. There are no SDKs that collect or transmit user data.
All data is stored on your device. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed. Scrivra does not use iCloud sync or any cloud storage service.
Scrivra does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
